MOSCOW, March 28 A package with a body fragment, presumably of a woman, was found in the Moskva River, an investigation has begun, according to the telegram channel of the capital's head office of the Russian Investigative Committee .

Currently, investigators are establishing a complete picture of what happened, eyewitnesses are being interviewed, and CCTV footage is being studied.
