MOSCOW, March 28 Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Russia's Permanent Representative to ASEAN, Yevgeny Zagainov, the corresponding decree was published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
«To appoint Zagainov Yevgeny Timofeevich as the Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) in Jakarta, the Republic of Indonesia,» the document says.< br>By another decree, Putin released Alexander Ivanov from these duties.
