Khinshtein pointed out the obvious lawlessness in the case of the boy raped in Tyva
After the wild story about the rape of a 10-year-old boy in Tuva reached the federal level, investigators unexpectedly arrived at the mother of the child. They familiarized her with the decision on the appointment of examinations, which was issued back in January.
“In addition, they took a non-disclosure agreement from her: apparently, to shut her mouth and protect her from communicating with journalists,” – said State Duma deputy Alexander Khinshtein on his TG channel.
He admitted that the leadership of the Sledkom of Tuva had something to fear, because for two months the injured boy was not provided with any medical or psychological assistance.
Khinshtein added that the mother of the child, who does not speak Russian well, was not provided with translations of the protocols that she was forced to sign. Thus, consent was obtained with the treatment prescribed for the son. Rather, with its imitation.
Alexander Khinshtein stressed that the criminal case must be withdrawn from the proceedings of the regional Investigative Committee or taken under the strict control of the capital's central office and the Prosecutor General's Office. He also said that he had already prepared deputy requests regarding the «obvious lawlessness» that the republican security forces did not notice.
