MOSCOW, March 30 Deputy Executive Director of the Scientific and Technological Center of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) Viktor Moskalev detained in a criminal case on fakes about the Russian Armed Forces, the press secretary of the Babushkinsky Court said Alexander Dordzhieva of Moscow.
