MOSCOW, March 31 Russian investigators will identify the Ukrainian security forces who made the decision to accuse the head of the Federal Air Transport Agency, Alexander Neradko, of providing aircraft to transport Russian military personnel, according to Telegram channel of the RF IC.
The SBU accused the head of the Federal Air Transport Agency Alexander Neradko in absentia of providing aircraft for the transport of Russian military personnel. The SBU claims that Neradko allegedly involved four Russian airlines and their aircraft in the transportation of Russian military personnel, weapons and ammunition. Neradko was charged with «planning, preparing, unleashing and waging an aggressive war» in accordance with the criminal code of Ukraine.
«The Investigative Committee of Russia will give a legal assessment of the actions of officials of the Ukrainian competent authorities who illegally prosecuted a citizen of the Russian Federation… The investigation will establish specific persons who took illegal decisions against a citizen of the Russian Federation,» the statement said.
