The official specified that in those territories where the missiles fell, «energy infrastructure, power grids and the like» were «partially damaged.» According to him, now the divisions of the State Service of Ukraine for Emergency Situations (GSChS) are working to eliminate the consequences of attacks on Kharkiv and the Izyumsky district of the region in order to establish the provision of electricity services.
