«The presented concept, I think, serves as a solid doctrinal basis for our further work on international affairs,» Putin said.
He also asked colleagues involved in the implementation of a common foreign policy to pay special attention to expanding ties with constructively minded partners and creating conditions for unfriendly states to abandon their hostile policy towards Russia.
