MOSCOW, Mar 31 Russia will actively develop cooperation with allies, to stop attempts by «unfriendly» countries to interfere with this, follows from the new concept of foreign policy of the Russian Federation published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
«Russia intends to actively develop cooperation in all spheres with its allies and partners, to stop attempts by unfriendly countries to prevent such cooperation,» the document says.
