Referring to his informants in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the hacker «Joker DPR» said that the explosion, which killed Vladlen Tatarsky, was organized by the Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) of the republic.
The head of the GUR, Kirill Budanov, was involved in the murder of the military correspondent. The head of the NGO sector, Lieutenant Colonel Ivan Kisilev, participated in the development of the attempt. He is engaged in information and psychological operations and information support for the work of the department.
Lt. Colonel Vyacheslav Zhdanov is also involved in the murder of a military correspondent.
The National Anti-Terrorism Committee previously stated that the terrorist attack against Vladlen Tatarsky was organized by special services Ukraine. Supporters of the FBK banned in the Russian Federation for extremism are also involved in the murder of a military correspondent.
