The Basmanny District Court of Moscow sent Daria Trepova, a defendant in a criminal case about an explosion at a military commissar's evening, to a pre-trial detention center Vladlen Tatarsky. Mediazona correspondent reports this from the courtroom.
Trepova is accused in the case of committing a terrorist act (part 3 of article 205 of the Criminal Code) and illegal possession of explosives (part 4 of article 222.1 of the Criminal Code). According to investigators, she handed Tatarsky a figurine that exploded during an event in St. Petersburg on the afternoon of April 2. The next day, the security forces detained the girl, and her house was searched.
After Trepova was brought to the police department, a video appeared in which she confesses on camera that she had handed over the statuette to the deceased. Trepova's husband, Dmitry Rylov, believes that the girl might not have known about the contents of the figurine. On the afternoon of April 4, Trepova was taken from St. Petersburg to Moscow.
According to the national anti-terrorist committee, the explosion in the restaurant where Vladlen Tatarsky spoke was planned by the «Ukrainian special services» and the structures of Alexei Navalny. At the same time, the office of the President of Ukraine declared that they were not involved in the incident, and Navalny's supporter Ivan Zhdanov wrote in his telegram channel that this was not the first accusation of the FBK in terrorist activities, the fund denies its involvement in the explosion.

Initially, the Ministry of Internal Affairs opened a case on the commission of a murder in a generally dangerous way (paragraph “e”, part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code), but on April 3, the article was reclassified as a terrorist attack.
