Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported that a series of consultations were taking place in Moscow in preparation for the meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the Russian Federation, Iran, Syria and Turkey.
In the morning, cars of Russian diplomats arrived at the reception house of the Russian Foreign Ministry, including Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov in one of them. The first of the foreign participants in the meeting were cars with Iranian diplomats and embassy press service employees, the Iranian delegation is headed by political adviser to the Foreign Ministry Ali Asghar Haji. Behind him are the representatives of Turkey. A car with Syrian diplomatic license plates is also parked nearby.
The day before, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu confirmed that negotiations between the Deputy Foreign Ministers of Russia, Iran, Turkey and Syria are planned in Moscow on April 3-4.
