"I'm finished, I'm a pedophile, epta. So I'm a pedophile, epta. I eat children. Like this, fuck the kids [moves clenched fists up and down]. I'm a fucking pedophile,» the blogger says in another video.
Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Ivanovo Region Tatyana Okeanskaya, guardianship authorities plan to join the check conducted by investigators. According to her, Serov is not listed in the databases of registered families.
Later, the department of the Investigative Committee for the Ivanovo region reported on the initiation of a criminal case on the torture of a child (paragraph «d» of part 2 of article 117 of the Criminal Code) against 33 year old blogger. «It has been established that in one of the videos a man uses physical violence against his daughter,» the department said.
