Recently, the general director of the Moskvich plant Dmitry Pronin said that brand cars can get into the soft lending program as early as April of this year. He noted that all the necessary documents have already been signed, it remains to resolve the technical issues.
Recall that cars worth up to 2 million rubles assembled in the territory of Russia can take part in the concessional lending program. The discount on the payment of the down payment is 20% of the price, while for domestic-assembled electric cars it reaches 25%.
According to the data of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, in 2023 the preferential loan program will be available only to employees of the education and medicine, as well as members of the SVO and their family members.
