MOSCOW, April 6 Russian President Vladimir Putin is holding a meeting with Acting Head of the Lugansk People's Republic Leonid Pasechnik.
«Yesterday we wanted to see Alexander Grigorievich (Lukashenko — ed.), but we ended it a bit late. Let's talk today,» the head of state said at the beginning of the meeting.
Putin held a meeting a day earlier negotiations with the head of Belarus, which will continue on Thursday.
