During the debate at the Central District Military Court in Yekaterinburg, the state prosecution requested 19 years in prison in the case of arson of a military registration table in the city of Bakal. Solidarity Zone reports this.

Nasryev and Nuriyev are accused of committing a terrorist act (Part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code) and undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities (Article 205.3 of the Criminal Code). Initially, they were accused of destroying or damaging property (Part 2 of Article 167 of the Criminal Code).

According to the «Zone of Solidarity», the prosecution considers practicing the skills of throwing Molotov cocktails for «training in terrorist activities». In addition, the security forces call Nasryev and Nureyev “supporters of radical anarchist ideas”, “having radical views, hating the constitutional order of the Russian Federation, the state and municipal authorities of the Russian Federation, as well as its population”.
