The judge of precinct No. 5 of the Perm Judicial District fined teacher Svetlana Fedurina from Sylva three thousand rubles for calling an eighth-grader a «traitor» and a «bastard» because she was late for an event dedicated to February 23. This is reported by the publication 59.RU.
The teacher was found guilty of humiliating the honor and dignity of another person (part 1 of article 5.61 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The punishment under this article provides for a fine of three to five thousand rubles for citizens.
In early March, a video appeared on the network in which a teacher chastises a student. The reason for Fedurina's dissatisfaction was the lateness of the teenager to the competition, dedicated to February 23. An eighth-grader, along with other boys, should be in a line.
“Why do we need traitors? You are a traitor! Why were you late? Let's start with this. You don't meet the same requirements. You will no longer study in this class — you do not obey me. Therefore, for me, you are zero with a wand — nobody. If you leave tomorrow, I won’t even say hello. Nobody. Zero,” she said.
The local Ministry of Education said that after a wide response, the teacher decided to dismiss. She also apologized to the student.
Corrected at 16:44. The words that the imposed fine is less than the minimum provided for officials were removed from the news.
