ANKARA, Apr 7 Negotiations between Turkish Foreign Ministers and the Russian Federation of Mevlut Cavusoglu and Sergey Lavrov began on Friday at the presidential complex in Ankara, a correspondent reports.
The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry arrived on Thursday, April 6, in the capital of Turkey.
The parties are expected to discuss bilateral issues, the situation in Ukraine, Syria and Karabakh, and a grain deal.
After the talks, the ministers will answer journalists' questions. A large number of media representatives were accredited to the press conference of the Foreign Ministers.
