MOSCOW, April 10 Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to ensure by July that foreigners' contributions to the budget from the amount of transactions for leaving the Russian Federation will be directed to the tourism infrastructure , the corresponding instruction was published on the Kremlin website.
«To the Government of the Russian Federation: … to ensure the direction for the development of tourism infrastructure of funds received as a result of the payment of voluntary contributions to the federal budget in transactions for the alienation of assets of foreign residents associated with unfriendly states, in terms of contributions calculated from amounts of transactions presented at meetings of the subcommittee of the government commission for control over foreign investments of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.
It is noted that the deadline for the execution of the order is July 1, 2023. Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin was appointed responsible for the execution of the order.
