Earlier, in the public «Krasnoobsk-Vaskhnil» of the social network «VKontakte», a local resident reported that on the evening of Saturday, April 8, she made a remark near the store to two teenagers of 10-11 years old who were spraying deodorant on passers-by. After that, at another store, they waited for her and her brother and began to threaten, and one of the boys with deodorant and a lighter sent a jet of fire in her direction.
«On April 9, the police received a statement from a resident of Novosibirsk about this fact. Currently, the police are establishing all the circumstances and persons involved in the incident,» — reported to journalists in the Main Directorate of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Novosibirsk Region.
On Monday, the leadership of the SUSK RF in the Novosibirsk region turned to the prosecutor of the Novosibirsk region with the question of transferring the materials of the check from the internal affairs bodies to the Investigative Committee.
«According to preliminary data, on the evening of April 8, 2023, on one of the streets in the working settlement of Krasnoobsk, Novosibirsk Region, a teenager tried to set fire to two local residents with an aerosol and lighter. In order to establish all the circumstances of the incident, the leadership of the SUSK of Russia in the Novosibirsk Region before the prosecutor Novosibirsk District, the issue of transferring the materials of the check on the fact of the unlawful behavior of a minor from the internal affairs bodies to the production of the investigative bodies of the regional investigative department was initiated,» the message says.
