MOSCOW, April 10 Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the Russian government to report by September 1 on measures to equalize the income level of residents of Crimea and Sevastopol with the average for Russia, a corresponding instruction published on the Kremlin website.
«The Government of the Russian Federation, together with the state authorities of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, should take a set of measures aimed at gradually reducing the deviation of the income levels of the population of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol from the average for Russia, as well as from Krasnodar Territory and Rostov Region. The report is due by September 1, 2023, then once every six months,» the order says.
Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, head of Crimea Sergei Aksenov and the governor of Sevastopol are appointed responsible for the execution of the order Mikhail Razvozhaev.
