Officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Rostov received bribes worth over 25 million rubles
The Investigative Committee of the North Caucasus Federal District (NCFD) opened a criminal case against Dmitry Rybalko, deputy head of the police for public order protection, and other officials from among employees of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Rostov Region. More than 20 people are suspected of organizing a criminal community (OCG) and taking a bribe.
According to the investigation, from July 2015 to the present, Rybalko led the criminal community. Attackers committed corruption crimes in order to receive bribes for not bringing to administrative and other liability merchants in the consumer market of Rostov-on-Don.
“Thus, the head of the criminal community set a minimum amount of money from three to 50 thousand rubles per month, which the heads of the structural divisions of the criminal community received from entrepreneurs and handed over to Rybalko at the end of each month,” the Sledkom said. 25 million rubles.
Now the investigators of the Sledkom and the Ministry of Internal Affairs are conducting more than 40 searches at the places of service and residence of suspects.
