MOSCOW, April 11 The function of deleting a profile on «State Services» online has become available, the correspondent checked.
The account can be deleted both through the mobile application and on the Gosuslug website.
Previously, the function of deleting a profile on the «Gosuslugi» online became unavailable. When trying to delete a profile in the portal application, a message popped up that the function was not available. In the web version of the service, this function was also absent.
As the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Russia later reported, disabling the ability to delete an account on the Gosuslug portal was due to more frequent cases of hacking personal accounts.
