PickPoint has disabled recipient support

MOSCOW, April 10 The PickPoint logistics service, which delivers online orders through parcel terminals and pickup points, has temporarily turned off the phone of the recipient support service, sent parcels must return back before the end of April, the correspondent was told at the company's head office in Moscow.
«At the moment, this phone is unavailable (recipient support services — ed.). Tentatively, they should get back within the next week, and by the end of April, all parcels will be returned,» PickPoint's central office said by phone.

The company did not specify for how long the service will stop working.

Last week, the Kommersant newspaper, citing sources in the logistics market, wrote that PickPoint had notified its partners about the end of the company's operations. The publication noted that the decision is due to financial difficulties. The company's press service said that it was decided «not to comment on the current situation», and its recipient support service said that the service is temporarily suspending its work, all parcels will be returned to senders.
