MOSCOW, April 11 Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the need to increase investment in the training of specialists in the Russian Federation, to support short-term programs.
«Here it is necessary to solve three main tasks — to use the personnel potential of regions, settlements where the unemployment rate is still high, and we have such regions, …to actively apply lean manufacturing and automation technologies in all sectors of the economy and the social sphere… It is important to increase investments in the training of specialists in the most important, in-demand professions,» the head of state noted, adding that «it is especially important to support short-term programs» within which one can acquire new knowledge and change one's profession.
