I received a parcel with bones at the French Embassy in Moscow, a law enforcement source told RIA Novosti.
“According to the employee of the embassy, a parcel arrived at the address of the representative office. Inside, presumably, were the bones of an animal. The sender was a certain Notary from Crimea,” the source said. The parcel was taken out of the embassy, the police are examining it, the RIA Novosti source added.
The agency writes that a package on behalf of the Italian film producer Pietro Notarianni, who died in 2006, arrives at the French Embassy for the third time. In June 2022, a box was sent to the diplomatic mission with bones, bundles, 11 shoe covers and a letter in French. In December, embassy officials received a package containing bird feathers and bones and jars of dead mice and spiders.
According to the SHOT telegram channel, the last package also contained the bones of a bird or other small animal. Baza writes that there was also a syringe in the package.
