Daily Mail: Biden made a diplomatic blunder by publicly pushing Sunak away at Belfast airport

U.S. President Joe Biden disrespected British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak when he met Biden at a military airfield near Belfast, according to the Daily Mail.
Prime Minister immediately after landing, the publication says, noting that «many saw this as an insulting diplomatic gesture.»
In the published footage, Biden, after greeting Sunak in a hurry, pushed him away to greet the representative King in County Antrim by David McCorkell, and then hugged US Ambassador to the UK Jane Hartley.
“…the Prime Minister was in an awkward situation,” the publication notes.
However The media seems to be exaggerating somewhat. Taken out of context, the episode, indeed, looks somewhat awkward and harsh. But in general, Biden behaves quite affably towards Sunak, perhaps he just has a feeling of his own incredible importance.
Biden is on a four-day visit to the UK. The oldest American president in history regularly finds himself in embarrassing situations. At the same time, he plans to be re-elected in 2024 to the presidency.
