A denunciation of “LGBT propaganda” against bloggers Haoyang Xu and Gela Gogishvili was written by a temple guard from the Altai Territory

The denunciation of bloggers Haoyang Xu and Gela Gogishvili, on which the Kazan police drew up protocols on «LGBT propaganda», was written by 43-year-old watchman of the temple Vladimir Kushnerik from the city of Rubtsovsk, Altai Territory. Kholod writes about this with reference to the text of the protocol.

Kushnerik appealed to law enforcement agencies on February 28. As a result, the police found that Haoyang Xu had posted on his YouTube channel “19 videos depicting non-traditional sexual relations with Gogishvili, namely, as males, they kiss each other, hug, touch each other on various parts of the body, including including in the genital area.”

The report says that in total, the police counted 1,791 minor subscribers out of 65,000 in the couple’s channel.

Xu and Gogishvili are an LGBT couple who shared their lives on social media. In April, they were detained and taken to police station No. 16 «Yapeeva» in Kazan. There, protocols were drawn up against them under part 7 of article 6.21 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. The next day, the court ruled to arrest for 7 days, and then deport 21-year-old Xu, a Chinese citizen and student of Kazan Federal University, from the country, finding him guilty of spreading «LGBT propaganda».

Bloggers said that they were harassed by homophobes and threatened with violence. According to Gogishvili, in early March, the couple learned about denunciations to the police from homophobic public pages. Bloggers said that they were written by St. Petersburg activist Timur Bulatov. “Bulatov organized the persecution. Homophobes began to write that they would kill us, execute us and castrate us. We received a huge amount of insults and threats,” Gogishvili said. The administrative case against him will be considered by the judicial district No. 1 in the Vakhitovsky district of Kazan.

Protocols on «LGBT propaganda» have already been drawn up for bloggers Dasha Kareika and Hilmi Forks. In Kamchatka, a German citizen was fined and expelled from Russia for “imposing information” about LGBT people. Moscow courts, in turn, began to expel transgender sex workers from Russia in similar administrative cases.
