KHIMKI, Apr 12 Adoption of a new law on science and science and technology policy will seriously increase support for young scientists, said Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
«Now the Duma has adopted in the first reading a law on science and scientific and technical policy, which contains a number of changes that will help (…) young scientists.
