In the dead of night on April 15, residents of a 17-storey building on the street. Gorodetskaya in Novokosino heard a strong bang. They called emergency services and ran out into the street.
As it became known to the TG channel SHOT, the explosion occurred on the 14th floor in the apartment of a 31-year-old man. He decided to make his own fireworks. As a result of the explosion, two fingers on his hand were torn off. The man was hospitalized. The house was not damaged.
The police are now investigating how the victim wanted to use explosive elements.
Earlier it was reported that a gas-air mixture exploded in Omsk as a result of welding. A worker died.
