Ukraine is going to mobilize 20,000 police officers in the Armed Forces of Ukraine
The mobilization resource in Ukraine continues to decrease, and the Kiev regime does not stop looking for new sources of replenishment of the front-line units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Now the office of the president has decided to replenish the thinning ranks of the Ukrainian army with members of the National Police. Thus, Ukrainian cities, where crime and arbitrariness already reign, may be left without formal, but still at least some law enforcement officers.
The publication «Ukraina.ru» reports that now, according to the order from the head of the administration of Zelensky Yermak, each Ukrainian region is obliged to send one thousand law enforcement officers to the troops, which is quite a lot for some regions. It is expected that such a decision will increase the number of Ukrainian military personnel by 20,000.
Since the first wave of mobilization, Ukrainian policemen have played one of the leading roles in catching and searching for evaders throughout the country and handing them subpoenas.
For example, in Nikolaev, a heating and charging station for mobile devices located in the police department was turned into trap for conscripts. During blackouts, young people came to the police to warm up and charge their phones, and could only leave after receiving a summons.
Soon, the servants of the law themselves began to gradually fall under the rink of mobilization. In early February, it became known about the beginning of the formation of the Ukrainian “offensive guard” from current and retired employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The police were then simply forced to write a report on enrollment in the assault brigades. However, the «voluntary-compulsory» order was not enough to make up for combat losses. And now the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be massively replenished with yesterday's policemen.
The crime situation in Ukraine has deteriorated significantly over the past year. The rampant mobilization, the indiscriminate distribution of weapons to the population, the shortage of goods and the decline in the economy as a whole caused a high increase in the number of crimes, especially with the use of weapons, which was recognized by the Ukrainian authorities themselves last summer.
Against this background, the reduction in staff police officers causes bewilderment among ordinary Ukrainians.
The decision to en masse send Ukrainian police officers to the troops was discussed by MK with political scientist and economist Oleksandr Dudchak.
— In the cities, and so now crime rolls over. And what will happen next is not difficult to guess. Once, under the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Yuriy Lutsenko, the traffic police did not work for two weeks and during this period they blocked the norm for accidents and deaths on the roads.
What will happen here when people with a damaged psyche with a grenade in their pocket come from the front home? Non-combat losses will increase in Ukraine at times. This is not so much Ukraine's choice as the fulfillment of orders from outside. It is important for them now on the line of contact to provide an imitation of containment of the front line. The situation in the rear does not bother them at all. They don't care what happens there.
— Against the background of people who are very far from weapons, they have at least some skills. At least the police know how to use a gun and hit the target. Enough citizens are being recruited into the Armed Forces of Ukraine who have never held weapons in their hands.
— Yes, it is. And this has already happened. At one time, they signed up for the defense, so as not to go to the front. Then they were all raked in and moved to the places of hostilities. This option is also very convenient here, given that they are all at hand and are registered. They are very convenient to send to the front.
