SurgutInformTV TV channel published a video with apologies of a man who came to the hookah bar wearing a T-shirt with the inscription «SBU Security Service of Ukraine«.
The recording is assembled from several videos. On it, a man with a blurred face inconsistently apologized “to all citizens of the Russian Federation” and said that he supported “our guys on CBO«. Also, according to the Surgut citizen, he «despises all the actions of the SBU.» At the end of the video, the man said hello to Russian soldiers fighting in Ukraine and tore his T-shirt.

In addition, they plan to check it for «possible support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.»
