The corpse of a young child was found in Orenburg, who, according to preliminary data, died during an attack by a pack of stray dogs.
According to the regional On April 16, near the garages on Koltsevaya Street in the Industrial District of the city, the body of a minor was found, it was attended by «torn and bitten wounds.»
Local media write that the deceased is a boy of 6-9 years old. According to some reports, the meeting with dogs occurred when he was walking on the street with friends. Presumably, the child tried to escape and hide from predators in the garages, but failed to escape.
The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under articles on negligence and the provision of services that do not meet safety requirements, which negligently caused the death of a person. The investigation intends to evaluate the actions of those responsible for trapping stray animals in Orenburg.
