MOSCOW, April 15 The defense has appealed against a court ruling imposing a fine of 50,000 rubles on theater and film actor Dmitry Nazarov for discrediting the Russian Armed Forces, the Tverskoy Court of Moscow reported.
«The court received an appeal,» — said the source of the agency.
In early April, the Tver court of the capital fined Nazarov 50 thousand rubles, this is the maximum punishment under the first part of Article 20.3.3. Code of Administrative Offenses.
As it became known at the meeting, the protocol against the actor was drawn up because of a video posted on YouTube, «the materials of which contain actions aimed at discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.»
