Vladimir Komsolev added that artists who are recognized as foreign agents or who openly oppose Russia will probably also not be able to get certain positions or perform.

The lawyer added that even if such restrictions are introduced at the legislative level, “banned artists » will still be able to receive funds through the same relatives, friends, relatives and third parties.
