MOSCOW, 18 Apr. Russian singer and composer Yuri Loza commented on the recent call by State Duma deputy Dmitry Gusev that anti-Russian music should be removed from domestic online platforms.
According to the musician, this is a «necessary» measure.
«
» It's like that all over the world. Try to post in any country content that the authorities consider harmful — you will not succeed. Each country is obliged to protect itself, including from inappropriate content,» said Yuri Loza.
Earlier, Gusev noted in his telegram channel that in a number of music marketplace companies — Yandex Music, VK and OK — anti-Russian compositions «glorifying the Armed Forces of Ukraine» and «other Ukrainian ideological products» are presented for download.
