In Nizhny Tagil in relation to an assistant prosecutor ITU is being audited due to a sexual relationship allegation with a prisoner from the local correctional colony No. 6. This is reported by the E1.ru edition, citing a source in the main department of the Federal Penitentiary Service.
FSIN employees found out that the prosecutor’s assistant visited the prisoner for several months for oral sex. In exchange, he promised to help her with parole from the colony.
According to an E1.ru source, it all started in early 2023. The assistant prosecutor came to the convict because of some complaint, after which he began to visit her almost every week. This aroused suspicion on the part of the security forces, they put a wiretap and found out about the sexual relationship between the prosecutor and the prisoner. The woman herself, in a conversation with the Federal Penitentiary Service, confirmed that in exchange she was counting on help with parole.
Despite the fact that the prisoner did not file a complaint against the assistant prosecutor, they decided to conduct an audit anyway — the security forces want to find out if he forced a man giving oral sex to a prisoner and whether there are “signs of immoral behavior” in his act.
As E1.ru writes, employees of the regional prosecutor's office and the main department of the Federal Penitentiary Service refrained from official comments in connection with the incident.
