Earlier, a video was widely circulated on social networks, where one child says something to a woman entering the building, she comes back and pulls her hand towards him, as if trying to grab him. The schoolboy runs away, the woman follows him, and another child behind him runs up and kicks her in the back. It was alleged that the video was filmed in Bolshoy Kamen in Primorye. The police and the regional SU SK organized checks. Preliminarily, the investigators established that six children were involved in the incident that happened near the local hostel, they were rude to the woman and used violence against her.
«The identities of the participants in the incident were identified. They turned out to be students of grades 5-7 of two educational institutions of the city. <…> Inspectors for juvenile affairs conducted preventive educational conversations with schoolchildren and their legal representatives. According to the press service, neither the teenagers themselves nor their families were registered with the police before. Adults can now be held administratively liable for failure to fulfill their duties of supporting and raising children.
