MOSCOW, 20 Apr. The Sputnik telegram channel Near Abroad published a video with a bright flash in the sky over Kiev.
On Wednesday evening, Ukrainian media reported explosions and a flash over the Ukrainian capital. The head of the Kiev city military administration, Serhiy Popko, called the incident «the result of a NASA space satellite falling to Earth.» Ukrainian air defense, but soon deleted the message.
Adviser to the command of the Ukrainian Air Force Yuriy Ignat suggested that a satellite or a meteorite fell over Kiev, adding that «the information is being clarified.»
