Deputies of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg reported on income and property in an anonymized format. The document, in which serial numbers are indicated instead of the names of parliamentarians, was published on the website of the regional representative body.
According to the declaration, last year «Deputy 27» earned the most — 106 million rubles, the least — 2.7 million rubles — «Deputy 37».
Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg Alexander Belsky and Yabloko deputies Boris Vishnevsky and Alexander Shishlov published their declarations in their usual form. The first said that he earned more than 4 million rubles in 2022. RBC notes that he is probably “Deputy 10” from the document published on the website of the Legislative Assembly. Vishnevsky and Shishlov earned 3.5 million and 3.7 million rubles. They are most likely hidden under numbers 19 and 50.
As Fontanka notes, the data on deputies and their spouses may not match. So, for example, if in the first list — with information about the income of parliamentarians — Belsky was assigned number 10, then in the second, which deals with the income of his wife, he is probably listed at number 9. The data of Vishnevsky and Shishlov are mixed up in a similar way.< /p>
In early February, President Vladimir Putin signed a law that allows deputies and senators to publish property and income declarations without personal data. Kremlin Speaker Dmitry Peskov explained the need for its adoption by the «specifics» of the war in Ukraine. In March, the initiative was supported by the St. Petersburg deputies.
