MOSCOW, April 20 Electronic declaration in the regions has been restored, the Federal Customs Service (FTS) of Russia announced on its telegram channel.
«Electronic declaration in the regions has been restored. Declaration of goods in the regions, including auto-registration and auto-issuance, is carried out as usual,» the message says.
The FCS notes that from April 17 to 19, the number of goods declarations (DT) registered and issued by CEDs corresponds to the average performance, but the largest percentage of auto-registration and issued DTs within 4 hours was recorded at the Central Energy Customs — 93%, auto-release at the CTU — 38.5%.
“Funds are received from the Federal Treasury, credited to the personal accounts of foreign economic activity participants and debited during customs operations in the normal mode,” the statement says.
At the beginning of last week, the FCS reported failures in the work of customs information systems, which were caused by external influence on information resources. On Tuesday, the department said that the failures were partially eliminated, and restoration work continues. At the same time, the service clarified that at the checkpoints, inspectors carry out customs operations using paper media. Failures in the work of the information system did not affect the crossing of the border by citizens, the FCS also noted.
Later, the FCS reported on the gradual restoration of the functionality of customs information systems. Basically, its work was restored, however, difficulties persisted in the work of some information services of the «Personal Account of a Foreign Economic Activity Participant», as well as in the Moscow and Kaliningrad CEDs.
