MOSCOW, April 24 A murder case was opened after a body was found in a train toilet in southeast Moscow baby, Yulia Ivanova, senior assistant to the head of the capital's head office of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, told reporters.
Earlier, the telegram channels of the head office and the Moscow prosecutor's office reported that the body of a newborn boy with multiple stab wounds was found in the toilet of an electric train car on the Fraser highway in the south-east of Moscow. The identity of the mother is established.
«A criminal case has been opened on the grounds of a crime … «the murder of a minor or another person who is in a helpless state, obviously for the guilty,» she said she.
According to a law enforcement source, the body was found in a train car traveling along the Moscow Central Circle.
Now investigators and forensic experts are working on the spot.
