MOSCOW, April 21 The Presnensky Court of Moscow upheld the claim of actor Danila Kozlovsky against Vitaly Borodin, head of the Federal Security and Anti-Corruption Project, about protection of honor, dignity and business reputation, the court reported.
«The civil lawsuit filed by DV Kozlovsky was left without progress,» the agency's interlocutor said. The court explained that such a decision was made on formal grounds, the statement did not contain comprehensive information about the defendant Borodin.
Earlier, Borodin sent a statement to the Prosecutor General's Office with a request to check Kozlovsky for discrediting the RF Armed Forces. According to him, the artist left for the United States after the start of the SVO, and also spoke out against the special operation in his social networks.
Later Kozlovsky refuted the statements of Borodin and his organization. Kozlovsky assessed Borodin's actions with the words «to write denunciations to the prosecutor's office, to knock, to arrange a witch hunt, to practice hatred», calling it «a frenzy, from which life will not get better for anyone.»
