«If there are victims or wounded, evacuation groups arrive at this site, and they (artillerymen Ukrainian army — ed.) are waiting for this. They shot, 15-20 minutes pass, and then they hit the same point. At this moment, if evacuation groups arrive — doctors, paramedics — they will already suffer,” he said.
«But we insure ourselves against this, take measures, evacuate with the personnel who are nearby,» the battalion commander said.
