CHITA, April 24 The fire at the Mont Blanc Hotel in the center of Chita has been extinguished, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Trans-Baikal Territory Alexei Sergeykin said in his Telegram channel.
The fire broke out in a hotel on the ninth floor of a building in Chita on Monday.
«The fire in «Mont Blanc» was eliminated, five square meters. The Ministry of Emergency Situations pulled together significant forces and means, managed to prevent the spread,» Sergeykin said.
According to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for Transbaikalia, there were no victims of the fire.
