MOSCOW, April 22 The performance «Three Comrades» by the Perm «Theatre-Theater» received the «Golden Mask» as the best musical operetta , reports the correspondent.
The award ceremony takes place on Saturday at the Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Moscow Academic Musical Theatre. The ceremony was hosted by Lika Rulla and Sergey Epishev.
Besides, Tatyana Vinogradova, the conductor of the Three Comrades, was awarded the prize in the nomination «Operetta-Musical/Work of a Conductor».
The «Golden Mask» is a professional award that was established in 1993 by the Union of Theater Workers of the Russian Federation. The festival is held annually in Moscow and presents the best performances of the season in all types of theatrical art (drama, opera, ballet, modern dance, operetta/musical, puppet theatre).
