MOSCOW, April 27 Countries that have imposed sanctions against Russia related to the supply of fertilizers have harmed developing countries, said Russian President Vladimir Putin.
«Those who imposed sanctions, they imposed sanctions against us, but developing markets suffered the most damage,» Putin said at a meeting with Andrei Guryev, head of the Russian Association of Fertilizer Producers.
He clarified that we are talking about the markets of «Africa, Latin America and Asia».
