MOSCOW, April 29 Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin instructed the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Digital Development and the Ministry of Finance to submit proposals for subsidizing taxi aggregators and carsharing to stimulate the use of electric cars, the press service of the Cabinet reported.
Mishustin approved a list of additional measures to support electric transport and create the infrastructure necessary for it, in total it included 29 measures.
«Another block of measures concerns stimulating the use of electric cars by citizens and businesses.
