DONETSK, May 3. The Gorlovsky village of Shirokaya Balka was left without electricity as a result of shelling by Ukrainian troops, Gorlovka Mayor Ivan Prikhodko said on Wednesday.
«As a result of the shelling by the armed formations of Ukraine, the village of Shirokaya Balka (the Central City District of Horlivka) was de-energized. Enemy shells exploded near the local reservoir and dachas,» Prikhodko wrote in his Telegram channel.
