MOSCOW, May 5. Criminal case on Director Yevgeny Berkovich was charged with justifying terrorism for publishing a reading of the play on YouTube, a correspondent reports from the hall of the Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow.
“The ruling says that at an unspecified time in an unspecified place … a reading of a play on YouTube was posted for an unlimited number of people, which allegedly justifies terrorism,” the lawyer said.
According to the defender, the examination in this case was made by a training institution, and not by specialized specialists.
The examination itself is called destructive, the lawyer considered this terminal «pseudoscientific, not included in the lists of existing examinations».
