«A video of the rescue of a boy of younger teenage age from a polynya was posted on social networks. A man came to his aid, who, using improvised means — boards, managed to get to the drowning man. He pulled him onto the ice and helped him crawl to the shore,» — the release says.
Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations establish the circumstances of the incident.
